Job Requirements:

• Masters degree in Social Work and/or Masters degree in Nursing or a Master’s degree in Counseling/Psychology with a combination of relevant experience in Mental Health and Addictions
• Registration with the appropriate professional college
• Minimum of 3 years recent, related experience in Crisis Intervention in the fields of Mental Health and Addictions
• Demonstrated knowledge and implementation of Best Practice guidelines in Crisis Intervention and Crisis theory
• Excellent assessment and counseling skills
• Demonstrated ability to work with and advocate for individuals with severe and persistent Mental Illness.
