Ultrasound Technologist

Job Description:

Perform ultrasound procedures in accordance with departmental standards to aid in patient’s diagnosis and/or treatment. Facilitate the provision of optimal patient care, observing and understanding Hospital and departmental policies and procedures.

Job Requirements:

• Ability to communicate both verbally and in writing
• Physical ability to perform the expected job duties
• Demonstrated ability to organize work, set objectives and establish priorities
• Demonstrated ability to foster an environment to facilitate effective teaching and learning relationships and provide effective consultation with the Clinical Educators
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team with strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Excellent attendance, punctuality and work record
