Job Description:

You will be responsible for responding to technical support requests from company users. Take charge of office automation incidents and requests from the IT service center.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Solve problems using takeover software;
  • Ensure that service tickets are processed within the agreed response times;
  • Document incidents;
  • Provide remote user support. Take calls, process service tickets and diagnose incidents.
  • Use a ticketing system to process, prioritize and assign requests from internal customers;
  • Communicate appropriately and effectively with users by telephone and in person;
  • Process assigned tickets from receipt to closure;
  • Find solutions related to customer requests;

Job Requirements:

  • Very strong learning ability;
  • Work with a ticketing system such as Remedy, HPSM, Maximo, C3, etc.;
  • Excellent customer service;
  • Team spirit, autonomy, motivation, interpersonal skills;
  • Day/week schedule
  • Basic knowledge of VmWare, Hyper-V virtualization;
