Job Description:
You will be responsible for responding to technical support requests from company users. Take charge of office automation incidents and requests from the IT service center.
Job Responsibilities:
- Solve problems using takeover software;
- Ensure that service tickets are processed within the agreed response times;
- Document incidents;
- Provide remote user support. Take calls, process service tickets and diagnose incidents.
- Use a ticketing system to process, prioritize and assign requests from internal customers;
- Communicate appropriately and effectively with users by telephone and in person;
- Process assigned tickets from receipt to closure;
- Find solutions related to customer requests;
Job Requirements:
- Very strong learning ability;
- Work with a ticketing system such as Remedy, HPSM, Maximo, C3, etc.;
- Excellent customer service;
- Team spirit, autonomy, motivation, interpersonal skills;
- Day/week schedule
- Basic knowledge of VmWare, Hyper-V virtualization;
