Job Description:
The Portfolio PCO is responsible for consolidating and analyzing data on portfolio deliverability. Ensure the maintenance of financial data for the overview of its portfolio and participate in the production of monitoring reports.
Job Responsibilities:
- Share responsibility for portfolio accountability with the Portfolio Manager;
- Support the portfolio PM in the ongoing planning of financial, human and material resources;
- Support the portfolio PM in the production of management reports and dashboards;
- Monitor forecast performance and provide feedback to the Portfolio Manager for better future accuracy;
- Support the portfolio PM in collecting and validating relevant data in order to plan and monitor the portfolio;
- Continually improve current portfolio control practices.
- Ensure the financial control of its portfolio by reporting to the portfolio managers any discrepancy;
Job Requirements:
- Be comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
- Great facility for interpersonal relations.
- Good analytical mind.
- Five (5) to ten (10) years’ experience in project management/project control.
- Demonstrated leadership and influencing skills.
- Rigor in follow-ups and work organization.
- Bachelor’s degree or any experience deemed equivalent.
- Excellent oral and written communication.
