Job Description:

The Operations Clerk is responsible for all centre administrative tasks in the package centre.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Dealing with SLA concerns and PCA queries
  • Responsible for any additional tasks given
  • Handling customer complaints in a professional manner.
  • Meet set targets on a daily basis
  • Cash handling, banking
  • Providing customer counter cover
  • Running reports for the centre , TTS report, Cares report and Apple report
  • Dealing with all telephone calls

Job Requirements:

  • Some experience in a similar work environment would be an advantage
  • Able to work in a targeted environment.
  • Have good communication skills both verbal and written
  • Able to work Monday to Friday
  • Working knowledge of word and excel.
  • Work well in a team
