Operations Manager

Job Description:

As a Strategic Operations Manager within our Cities & Driver team, you will play a key role growing our business in Quebec, with many critical responsibilities, including new market launches and driver growth.

Job Responsibilities:

• Take ownership of Uber’s growth and performance in the province of Quebec
• Conduct analyses and deliver strategic recommendations to senior management to drive decisions on key priorities such as driver growth and expansion
• Plan and implement projects of varying time horizons and scope with minimal guidance, requiring stakeholder and project management skills
• Work with a variety of central teams (Marketing, Product, Public Policy, Legal) to put Uber in the best position to succeed in Quebec

Job Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in roles which included leading project delivery and process implementation
• Data-driven problem solving abilities, with a curiosity about turning data into practical insights that inform decisions
• Fluent in written and oral French and English with exceptional communication and organizational skills
• Bachelor’s degree required
