Project Manager

Job Description:

The Project Manager will work within I.S. to plan and deliver projects for key programs, bridging the gap between business processes, requirements, technology and leading the implementation of solutions.

Job Responsibilities:

• Produce project work plans in coordination with appropriate internal and external stakeholders to establish project scope, deliverables, budgets, accountabilities, schedules, timelines, resources, monitoring, and post project audit/evaluation
• Drafting business cases and proposals for senior leadership review and approval
• Contributes to the development and evaluation of RFP
• Develop full-scale project plans and associated communications documents
• Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion
• The ability to lead project teams and foster relationships and communications amongst team members internally and externally
• Liaise with project stakeholders on an ongoing basis
• Coordinate all internal resources and third-party vendors for the flawless execution of projects

Job Requirements:

• At least 3-7 years direct work experience in a project management capacity, including all aspects of process development and execution
• Certified Project Management Professional(PMP) in good standing
• Experience delivering projects in the Technology and the Healthcare industry
• Experience preparing and maintaining monthly consolidated project financial reports, managing invoice payments, accrual and reconciliation
