Job Responsibilities:

  • Understand and determine customer needs in order to recommend solutions specific to those needs, while acting with discretion for confidential matters
  • Achieve established and business objectives by promoting banking solutions and following business processes in an accurate and timely manner
  • Create a personal connection with clients to properly and clearly inform them of banking solutions and processes
  • Respond to and resolve customer concerns through routine procedures and escalation of exceptions as required
  • Help build a positive, diverse and equitable work environment, promoting team effectiveness and contributing to individual performance and development

Job Requirements:

  • Practical use of the MS Office suite (Word, Excel and Outlook) and the Internet
  • Undergraduate university degree or equivalent, an asset
  • Very good organizational skills, and strong administrative, planning and time management skills to work in a fast-paced environment
  • High school diploma and more than one year of relevant experience
