In this unique position, you will partner with an experienced and knowledgeable Account Manager. You will be provided with a coach and guidance as you take part in an intensive training and development program.

Job Responsibilities:

• You will keep on top of competitive developments, environmental market trends, essential economic conditions.
• Regulates policy issues governing the agriculture community.
• Develop relationship management skills by assisting clients with their business plans and offering customized financial solutions.

Job Requirements:

• Undergraduate degree in Agricultural Sciences/Agriculture business.
• Good analytical skills and very strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well independently in addition to being a strong team player.
• Demonstrate interest and ability in selling to and negotiating with agricultural clients.
• Experience or knowledge of the agriculture business.
