Integrity Reliability Engineer

Job Description:

Provide Asset Integrity and Materials Engineering Support (Piping and Pressure Vessels) for engineering and maintenance related tasks based on priorities assigned by the Manager of Integrity Engineering

Job Responsibilities:

• Resolve Technical Queries (TQ’s) within the Integrity Engineering team
• Maintain the RBI and Fabric Maintenance Programs
• Ensure adherence to the Management of Change policies and procedures
• Support campaign maintenance planning and preparation activities through detailed work definition and respond to requests for engineering support related to stationary pressure equipment

Job Requirements:

• Knowledge of Transport Canada Regulations and Lloyd’s Register ship rules
• Minimum 10 years related experience in the petro-chemical/ oil and gas business with desired experience in fixed and floating production systems, topsides facilities and offshore operations support
• In-depth knowledge of ASME B31.3, ASME Section VIII Div. 1 along with familiarity of ASME Section VIII Div.2
• Experience in environmental, safety and loss prevention process and practices
• Working knowledge of ASME PCC-1, PCC-2, ASME Section IX, API 510, API 570, API 571 & API 579
• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering and Professional Engineering designation
• Familiar with protective coatings, NDE techniques and RBI
• Strong Materials / Corrosion Engineering background
