Job Responsibilities:

  • Provides advice, support and coaching in the use of human resources systems (e.g remuneration/benefits, performance management)
  • Providing coaching and support to leaders and employees on HR systems, processes, policies, procedures, and programs
  • Leading change management efforts related to integration of new HR tools and processes
  • Providing employee relations support including management of grievances and arbitration files in a professional and confidential manner.
  • Supporting offshore recruiting team and hiring leader with the implementation and improvement of the new recruitment process
  • Advise on human resources policies and procedures, employee relations, performance, labour and regulatory issues.
  • Partnering with and supporting leaders and HR Business Partners with annual activities as well as helping the business achieve their people resource strategies

Job Requirements:

  • Demonstrated ability to effectively apply knowledge of human resources laws & policies
  • Experience with MS Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Employee Relations experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or other combination of education & experience
  • 3-5 years of relevant HR Generalist experience
