Superintendent Field Maintenance

Job Description:

We are looking for a Superintendent Field Maintenance to lead, coach and develop the members of the IOC Field equipment maintenance team.

Job Responsibilities:

• Leading a team of about 100 team members
• Working closely with the planning and scheduling teams to ensure effective maintenance
• Improving the health and safety of their team – including proactively managing the safety and health system and ensuring improvement actions are completed in a timely manner
• Ensuring that work completed drives positive results in equipment availability
• Taking responsibility for the safe execution of maintenance of heavy mobile equipment
• Ensuring maintenance activities are carried out safely, according to plan and cost effectively

Job Requirements:

• Knowledge of Asset Management (Work Management, Defect Elimination).
• Success in driving, tracking and reporting positive change and continuous improvement across complex systems
• Demonstrated excellent leadership skills in a dynamic operating environment
• Demonstrated ability to achieve safety and operational outcomes and delivery of targets
• A tertiary degree preferably in engineering or similar, a mechanical or electrical trade certificate, post trade certificate or equivalent
• Proven safe delivery of complex projects requiring significant stakeholder engagement across multiple disciplines
