Job Description:

Job Responsibilities:

• Maximizing crew and employee performance and safety through training and matching of employee experience to daily equipment allocation and priorities
• Providing clear work objectives and expectations of the performance required to achieve safety and production targets and minimize, identify and eliminate situations that could cause equipment damage
• Ensuring personnel, equipment and work areas are in compliance with all safety policies and regulations by providing required training, tools and monitoring
• Developing and promoting a positive employee relations environment within the operations crew and across shifts
• Providing consistency between shifts through timely setup of and by informing the oncoming shift of pertinent operating conditions

Job Requirements:

• A commitment to the safety of yourself and your team
• A minimum of 3 years of Supervisory experience and
• Mining or industrial environment experience
• A minimum of 2 years experience working around aggregate crushing equipment (jaw-cone crushers & impact crushers)
• Familiar with general maintenance practices of heavy & aggregate crushing equipment
• High school diploma or equivalent and a valid Class 5 drivers’ license
