Job Description:

The Senior Manager is accountable to the Vice President National Estate Services for the achievement of agreed upon goals and objectives, for employee engagement and providing a superior client experience. This role also supports revenue generation as each team member is looking to spot and anchor new business opportunities with our high net worth client base.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Execution and Support of FOS team initiatives and projects.
  • Recruitment, identify, profile and develop top talent and Training of new team members
  • Manage a group of will & estate planning professionals that is committed to a superior client experience.
  • Focused on revenue generation through the spotting of opportunities.
  • Manage Wealth Management business development with the National Director, Managing Director and Regional Managers of Dominion Securities.

Job Requirements:

  • 10+ years in industry with 5+ years of people management
  • Change Leadership – can effectively cope with change and lead team through it
  • Strategic planning for improvement and growth of the business
  • Hiring – can source and recognize strong talent
  • Understanding of the retail full service brokerage business
