Team Lead, Business Systems

Job Description:

Ontario Health is currently seeking an experienced Team Lead, Business Systems to initiate, execute and support the development of new and revised business requirements and business processes for the implementation of technology solutions to support the Cancer Programs, Clinical Institutes & Quality Programs (CIQP) that the Product Management & Delivery (Customer Value & Products) group supports.

Job Responsibilities:

• Meet project deadlines and schedules; help drive momentum through effective elicitation of requirements and adaptive strategies to obtain stakeholder input
• Train and support business and clinical staff (internal and external) on the use and integration of technology with business processes
• Lead and provide guidance to other BAs supporting initiatives with multiple requirement streams
• Prepare feasibility studies; develop cost benefit analysis, including alternatives and recommendations
• Perform in an Agile/Waterfall hybrid environment; document user stories, use cases and business requirements
• Work with business (program) and IT partners to implement change and drive improvements
• Facilitate user sessions and meetings with clear agendas; minutes and follow up
• Perform gap analysis; build process flows of current and future state to support resulting solutions

Job Requirements:

• 10+ years’ experience collecting and documenting requirements for a wide range of technical solutions, demonstrating adept technical acumen preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or related discipline, or equivalent experience
• 5 – 7 years of experience in a similar role supporting information technology projects
• 10+ years of Business Analyst experience preferred
