Senior Analyst

Job Description:

Reporting to the Senior Manager, COVID-19 Supply Chain, the Senior Analyst (SA) is responsible for supporting the various initiatives managed by the COVID-19 Secretariat. The work will include working closely with the team as well as internal and external partners on strategy development and execution around the following objectives:

Job Responsibilities:

• Providing business analysis on key issues and related processes using both quantitative and qualitative data
• Responding to business inquiries and keeping documentation updated for related assigned projects or initiatives
• Conducting work on multiple complex projects and assignments, shifting, and adapting work in response to changes in program priorities and timelines
• Assisting in the development and creation of processes, templates, and tools to support full end-to-end operations
• Performing assignments and special projects in support of departmental objectives, often developing, and assisting in implementation of solutions to unique or highly complex business problems
• Assisting in the development of project plans, sequencing activities and inter-dependencies; proactively identifying, managing, and escalating issues and risks as needed

Job Requirements:

• Ability to work with minimal supervision and is an effective team member and contributor
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks and deadlines required
• Demonstrated knowledge and use of business analysis methodologies and tools
• Strong communication, both written and verbal, comprehension and listening skills
• Experience collecting and documenting business processes and information flows
• Highly organized with the capacity to prioritize and complete multiple tasks effectively
• Must be team-oriented, possess a positive attitude and work well with others
• Experience in collecting/documenting information related to operational and performance reporting
