Job Description:
The Talent Acquisition Assistant (TAA) provides administrative support to the Talent Acquisition Team with a variety of talent acquisition services and logistics to ensure Humber River Hospital has the talent needed to deliver innovative, safe and compassionate care in our community. This exciting opportunity collaborates with our Occupational Health & Safety team to ensure pre-employment requirements are met, prepares HR reports, coordinates job postings, interviews, clerical testing and pre-employment verification
Job Responsibilities:
- Coordinate social media advertising with HRH Communications team
- Prepare and update candidate screening and assessment materials
- Coordinate requests for pre-employment verification (i.e. credentials, background checks, etc.)
- Develop and distribute recruitment reports (e.g. posted vacancies by union, positions filled, terminations)
- Review candidate website for accuracy, consistency, and quality
- Coordinate recruitment logistics (i.e. job postings, interviews, tests, etc.)
- Develop sourcing plans and create candidate lists via sourcing activities.
- Coordinate and monitor quality of candidate files (e.g. requisitions/hiring data) for accuracy, consistency, and compliance with legislative HR requirements
Job Requirements:
- Social Media (Instagram, Twitter and Facebook) marketing experience
- Degree/Diploma in Human Resources
- Experience with Applicant tracking systems (ATS) – iCIMS experience is an asset
- 1-2 years experience in HR Support or Recruitment
- Advanced skills in MS Office (e.g. Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
