Job Description:
As a key member of the Workday Centre of Excellence, the Workday Systems Administrator will work in collaboration with a team of Workday system administrators and our business partners in providing expert knowledge on Workday functionality.
Job Responsibilities:
- Recruitment
- Payroll (and others as required)
- Able to support change management functions including but not limited to, produce training materials and deliver Workday end user training.
- Provide recommendations for continuous improvement (new features and functionality); document in conjunction with the
- business owners their detailed business requirements, translate into system requirements, configure, test and implement required changes
- Coordinate with other Workday System Administrators when required for cross-application configuration and/or business processes improvements
- Review semi-annual release notes to evaluate impact; execute system regression testing to ensure business continuity
- Keep abreast of Workday functionality, new features and enhancements

- Provide Workday 2nd level support to our business partners and end users

Job Requirements:
- Able to prioritize workload and execute tasks independently
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Bachelors’ Degree (Business, Systems, Human Resources) or equivalent experience
- Strong problem solving, troubleshooting and analytical skills
- Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- 2+ years of experience working with HR and/or payroll applications, policies and principles
- 1+ years experience with Workday – Training/Certification preferred (HR modules preferred including but not limited to modules such as HCM, Recruitment, Time Tracking, Absence, Benefits, Compensation and/or Payroll)
