Job Description:

As a Business Systems Analyst, your key area of responsibility will be to guide business leaders and other stakeholders in defining key problems as well as proposing appropriate process and technology solutions.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Understand complex business requirements and translate them to technology service teams for implementation.
  • Guide business leaders and other stakeholders in defining key problems and proposing appropriate process and technology solutions in a structured manner.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and business leaders to ensure successful project execution.
  • Conduct current state systems analysis and produce artifacts.
  • Support with the Salesforce product owner in manage the product backlog using agile business analysis techniques and Scrum principles.
  • Outline business requirements, define use cases, user interfaces, and test scenarios in collaboration with subject matter experts.
  • Participate in design sessions to develop future state process flows and data flows, and generate appropriate artifacts.

Job Requirements:

  • Experience working with agile and hybrid waterfall methodologies.
  • Post-Secondary Diploma/Degree specialization in Computer Science, Information Technology, Management in Information Technology or a related field.
  • 3-5 years experience as a Business Systems Analyst (or equivalent) with Salesforce
  • Salesforce certifications, such as Admin, Developer, Consultant, Architect, would be an asset.
