Job Description:

We are looking for a Campus Talent Acquisition professional to help us continue to build our brand presence on campus and recruit top candidates to support the firm’s talent strategy.

Job Responsibilities:

• Act as the trusted Talent Advisor for groups you will support internally
• Help to design and deliver initiatives that align with the Campus Talent Acquisition strategy
• Implement and manage school and program strategies to ensure we are engaging with top students
• Develop sourcing strategies, plan and create diverse pipelines in order to attract students from various educational backgrounds, and from historically under-represented groups.
• Ensure that all students are having a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
• Work with the other campus team members to effectively manage candidates
• Drive the candidate assessment process and facilitate post-interview debrief meetings

Job Requirements:

• Displays conduct consistent with CPP Investment’s guiding principles of integrity, partnership and high performance
• A proven track record of Campus or experienced hiring and passion for Campus Talent Acquisition
• Ability to build processes and execute to deliver positive candidate experience
• Flexible, well-organized, able to work well under pressure and within a high-performance culture, with consistent quality outputs and effort expected
