Our Campus Recruitment team is looking for an adaptable and self-motivated problem solver with the ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously. A knack for logistics, planning, strategic thinking, and being a team player will help you drive this fast-paced opportunity.
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide support to hiring managers to ensure they have an effective understanding of the student recruitment process and lifecycle management
- Set students up for success by managing resources and internal programs such as welcoming orientations, training workshops, and social events
- Ensure a successful student lifecycle by managing student inquiries via the Campus team inbox in Outlook
- Assist with facilitating student lifecycle events including on-boarding, extensions, and off-boarding (performance reviews and exit surveys)
- Support the building and sustaining of relationships through managing our marketing and promotional materials provided to educational institutions and students
- Drive Canadian Natural brand and student awareness
- Attract qualified candidates by assisting with a targeted campus recruitment strategy and executing it through sponsorships, social media, school job boards, virtual and in-person career fairs, and networking events
Job Requirements:
- Able to network and professionally communicate with internal HR, business reps, internal leadership, external vendors, schools, and candidates
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task, work under pressure, coordinate multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines under time constraints
- Recent graduation from an undergraduate diploma or degree. Preferably in Business/Commerce, Human Resources,
- Communications, Marketing, Psychology, or Education.
