Job Description:

As a Change and Release Service Manager, you will stay on top of the change and release management lifecycle including scheduling and coordinating releases across the company for multiple applications and developing and improving the IT Service Management practices.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage changes through the IT Change Management lifecycle. Assure that all policies, processes, and procedures are followed, and all changes are accurately recorded, scheduled, and controlled
  • Facilitate the CAB; manage the agenda and document the decisions, recommendations, and action items resulting from the CAB meeting
  • Follow up on failed changes via facilitation of Post Change Review (PCR) meetings to determine the root cause of the issue and ensure corrective action
  • Promptly handle all external and internal audit requests related to SOX and PCI within the scope of Change Management
  • Manage the release and deployment lifecycle

Job Requirements:

  • 5+ years in an IT Support function
  • Strong knowledge of ITIL, Agile, and DevOps
  • Ability to work in a 24/7 environment requiring off-hours availability when needed, required to carry a company phone and be on the on-call roster
  • Experience in Major Incident, IT Change, and Release Management
  • 5+ years’ experience as a Service Manager
