Job Description:

Working with the appropriate Business Support partners to seamlessly lead the day-to-day function of the department in support of corporate objectives, while enabling progressive career development and an incredible employee experience

Job Responsibilities:

• Ensuring Aritzia’s presence provides a positive impact to our supply chain partners, our partners’ people and their communities
• Working with our supply chain partners to ensure their facilities are operating in alignment with our Supplier Code of Conduct and supplier workplace standards
• Elevating the voices of our partners’ people to cultivate safety, belonging and equitable access
• Delivering on Aritzia’s social impact ambition
• Ensuring human rights are upheld and respected throughout Aritzia’s practices

Job Requirements:

• A commitment to quality and investing in results that add value to the business
• The ability to collaborate fluently with cross-functional partners.
• Proven skills, education, and/or applicable certifications in Human Rights, Gender Equity and Economic Security (including wages & benefits)
• International labour laws and labour rights protections and governing organizations
• Apparel supply chain social compliance auditing
• A commitment to learn and apply Aritzia’s Values, Business and People Leadership principles
• Social compliance audit frameworks and standards
