Head of International eCommerce

Job Description:

Collaborate with our Marketing and Product Divisions, identify the required expertise and knowledge, and build out the international merchandising and marketing teams necessary to manage all aspects of our international localization plans

Job Responsibilities:

  • Work with the appropriate Business Support partners to seamlessly lead the day-to-day function of the department in support of corporate objectives, while enabling progressive career development and an incredible employee experience
  • Develop localized site experience, content and merchandising strategies to maximize impact of our international presence within each target market
  • Drive a multi-year international eCommerce growth strategy by defining market opportunities, building expansion plans for localization, and managing the roll out of our expansion
  • Build and execute scalable marketing programs in each market, including performance marketing, email, SEO, social media, influencers and affiliates with a keen focus on building brand awareness and customer acquisition
  • Stay on top of industry trends to identify applicability to international eCommerce growth plans
  • Oversee day-to-day business operations and performance, analyzing KPIs to make strategic, data-based decisions to optimize both near- and long-term business
  • Build, nurture and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to drive results based on what’s needed to support our international program (Digital Product Management, Digital Experience, Marketing, Merchandising, Omni, Creative, Technology, Data & Analytics, Supply Chain, Concierge, Finance)
