Café Manager

Job Description:

As a member of the Food and Beverage Sub-Department, you will be part of the team responsible for curating and providing a world-class food and beverage program to our people. As the Café Manager, you will play a pivotal role in leading our front of house teams to deliver consistently elevated café experiences to our clients. Job Responsibilities:

• Guide teams in upholding the optimal setup of sales and non-sales spaces while minimizing impact to operation
• Guide teams in preventing, detecting, and resolving loss opportunities
• Support in hiring, developing, retaining an exceptional team
• Support in curating, organizing and managing product assortment as required
• Drive effective business operations through day-to-day management and improvement of food and beverage programs and processes
• Guide teams in informing, engaging and inspiring clients to elevate café experiences
• Support in leading our specialized teams to sell food & beverage and deliver world-class experiences
