Job Responsibilities:
- Work with the appropriate Business Support partners to seamlessly lead the day-to-day function of the department in support of corporate objectives, while enabling progressive career development and an incredible employee experience
Design seamless, integrated shopping experiences for our word class site - Develop repeatable infrastructure that enables design quality, consistency, and scalability
- Uncover and apply insights on our site experience to drive continuous improvement
- Serve as subject matter experts on digital experience trends, identifying opportunities to drive continuous improvements to our online experience
