Job Description:
Minimize the loss of store merchandise through upholding theft deterrence strategies such a door guard management and inventory controls
Job Responsibilities:
- Safeguard financial assets from loss through cash security protocols and fraud prevention programs
- Preserve confidential and proprietary information and intellectual property through upholding our information protection standards
- Ensure the security of our physical assets by effectively managing store security systems and facility protocols
- Uphold our industry leading measures to protect our people, our clients, and our communities from illness and injury
- Work with the appropriate Business Support partners to seamlessly lead the day-to-day function of the department in support of corporate objectives, while enabling progressive career development and an incredible employee experience
Job Requirements:
- A commitment to quality and investing in results that add value to the business
- Proven skills, education, and/or applicable certifications, including experience in Retail Risk Management and loss prevention
- The ability to collaborate fluently with cross-functional partners.
