Job Description:

Minimize the loss of store merchandise through upholding theft deterrence strategies such a door guard management and inventory controls

Job Responsibilities:

  • Safeguard financial assets from loss through cash security protocols and fraud prevention programs
  • Preserve confidential and proprietary information and intellectual property through upholding our information protection standards
  • Ensure the security of our physical assets by effectively managing store security systems and facility protocols
  • Uphold our industry leading measures to protect our people, our clients, and our communities from illness and injury
  • Work with the appropriate Business Support partners to seamlessly lead the day-to-day function of the department in support of corporate objectives, while enabling progressive career development and an incredible employee experience

Job Requirements:

  • A commitment to quality and investing in results that add value to the business
  • Proven skills, education, and/or applicable certifications, including experience in Retail Risk Management and loss prevention
  • The ability to collaborate fluently with cross-functional partners.
  • A commitment to learn and apply Aritzia’s Values, Business and People Leadership principles
