Job Description:

Reporting to the Senior Vice President, Academic (SVPA), the Dean, Pembroke Campus is accountable for contributing to the academic well-being and growth of the College, and in providing administrative leadership, supervision, support, and direction to the Pembroke team. The Dean develops and implements the strategic plan for the Campus, in line with the College and Academic Strategic Plans, and ensures the current and future educational needs of students are met by providing an ongoing review of programs, modifying existing courses/programs, and introducing new courses/programs and delivery modalities.

Job Requirements:

• You have obtained a master’s level degree and bring senior level experience working within a post-secondary institution or a related sector, preferably within a large, unionized environment.
• You bring a strategic and consensus building approach to administrative and academic leadership and have a successful track record of establishing and maintaining partnerships with the community and business.
• Your open, transparent, and collaborative approach will serve you well in working with students, faculty, staff, alumni, government officials, employers, and community stakeholders to achieve mutual goals.
• As a well-qualified candidate, you have a passion for student success and education.
