Job Description:
The Business Analyst’s role is to lead the elicitation, analyses, and validation of the business needs of stakeholders, which they identify, communicate with and manage – be they clients or end users. This includes capturing and articulating the AS IS business process and working with stakeholders to determine the TO BE business process. The incumbent must gather, prioritize, assess and gain approval of business requirements and the related processes from stakeholders.
Job Responsibilities:
The incumbent will support deployment of a solution by: developing a UAT plan and training materials to support go-live and monitoring the solution post-deployment.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum of five (5) years related work experience including: business analysis planning and monitoring; elicitation and collaboration; requirements life cycle management; strategy analysis; requirements analysis and design definition; training; solution evaluation.
- BA Certification/Accreditation/Training;
- Four (4) year degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Arts, Computer Science, Finance, or Information Systems;
